This individual will assist the Marketing Activation Management Squad Lead in creating and implementing effective marketing programs, gaining exposure to—and experience with—a variety of industries, stakeholders and marketing disciplines.Primary responsibilities include:

  • Participate in campaign strategy sessions alongside marketing management, serving as strategic advisors and ensuring recommended marketing activities meet project needs
  • Collaborate on end-to-end marketing campaigns with leading campaign teams to support day-to-day management of campaigns, project scope, timelines, feedback/approvals and asset development
  • Coordinate deployment of marketing activation deliverables with stakeholders, including members of internal marketing to assess and recommend communication opportunities and new marketing approaches to achieve campaign objectives and create greater impact
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop performance metrics and reporting for ROI
  • Conduct team meetings, keeping management informed of project progress and potential issues to create transparency and synchronization across marketing efforts
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Communications, Marketing or Business, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year marketing experience
  • English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the companys activities to avoid this requirement.

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and flex to reprioritize tasks due to business demands
  • A team player who works well both cross-functionally and collaboratively
  • An organized self-starter with attention to detail and excels at time management
  • A strong facilitator and proactive planner who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and complete the task at hand, ask probing questions for project clarity and escalate potential roadblocks and issues appropriately

  • Writing and oral communication skills, with the ability to present and convey ideas clearly
  • Relationship building skills
  • Team player with great interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and a can-do attitude
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams or Zoom platforms
