Job Description

So, we started our journey with one goal in mind: to change the way our customers buy precious metals.Silver Gold Bull’s Brand, Marketing & Creative Team is seeking a Marketing Associate to assist in creating, maintaining, and monitoring Silver Gold Bull’s Marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will work closely with the Brand and Catalog Manager as well as other teams such as Inventory, Customer Experience, and Sales.Responsibilities

  • Write copy for various marketing materials such as the website, landing pages, email campaigns, online advertisements, FAQs and social media platforms.
  • Create and design graphics using Adobe Suite or Figma to enhance marketing materials.
  • Write HTML code at a beginner to intermediate level to create and edit marketing content.
  • Conduct UX/UI testing to identify issues and provide solutions for improvement while conceptualizing new ideas to optimize user experience.
  • Assist in planning, managing and executing various campaign initiatives including website updates, online advertising, email campaigns and social media promotions.
  • Plan, create and manage social media content to engage with followers and promote products and services.
  • Use Mailchimp to create and execute email campaigns to target specific audiences.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration.
  • Maintain organization of marketing materials and data to ensure smooth operations and access to information.
  • Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate and analyze campaign and industry reports to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with customer experience team and sales team to further optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Complete other data entry and verification tasks as required.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by management to contribute to the success of the marketing team.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in Marketing with a proven track record working in the digital space.
  • Strong content and copywriting skills with a focus on producing engaging and persuasive messaging.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated diligence and ability to follow through on all commitments made to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to combine creative problem-solving, consumer insights, and strategic thinking in a fluid environment to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Proficient in using various software including Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, Magento, Help Scout, etc., with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized work ethic to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Marketing within an eCommerce product-oriented environment, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth.
  • eCommerce/Digital Commerce experience at or interfacing with key accounts such as eBay, Amazon, etc., to successfully execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Experience operating within an agile or scrum team, with a collaborative mindset to contribute to team success.
  • Knowledge of precious metals industry, including understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Experience with basic HTML to create and edit marketing materials on various platforms.
