Your TeamReporting to Justin Castelino , Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing marketing and customer experience initiatives at point-of sale and digital touchpoints, including websites and social media.Your Key DeliverablesMarketingSet-up and maintain showhomes and point of sale locations in accordance with brand standards, including managing cleaning, landscaping and unattended access programMaintain and update websites using Content Management SystemMaintain and deploy e-mail marketing campaigns through CRM systemWork with internal and external partners to create, proof and distribute marketing material to support specific marketing initiatives, brand and value propositions, including signage, print collateral and digital materialsCoordinate and distribute digital media assets including photos and videoApprove and track costs and invoicesSupport in-person and virtual events, such as grand openingsAssist in preparation of promotional strategies, schedules and budgetsCollaborate with Alberta and North American regional marketing teams on implementation of marketing programs and best practicesAwardsPrepare and submit award packages as requiredSocial MediaSupport Marketing team with sourcing and creation of content for social media programmingMust HavesPost-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations2+ years of Marketing experienceDigital marketing (CMS and CRM) experienceExcellent written and verbal communicatorExceptional ability to effectively multi-task and meet multiple deadlinesProven ability to build strong relationships with a cross functional group of internal and external team membersValid driver's license and access to reliable transportationNice to HavesResidential homebuilding experienceYour OpportunityWe are proud to offer our employees what they value most:
