Job Description

Marketing ManagerMorrison Homes is looking for a Marketing Manager to execute marketing efforts for our single family division. As a top, award-winning builder, we’ve worked hard to build a reputation as the Homebuyer’s Best Friend™ and need an enthusiastic marketing professional to help drive leads, support sales and continued growth of the established Morrison brand.Responsibilities

  • Protecting and Enhancing the Morrison Homes Brand
  • Managing of People and Assets
  • Annual Marketing Budget
  • Build and manage an inspired, dedicated and passionate marketing department, including hiring/terminating staff as required.
  • Work closely with the sales department/team to ensure our message meets the needs of both Showhomes and Morrison Homes.
  • Lead the marketing team in the development and coordinate point of sale collateral and signage.
  • Oversee and help set up new sales centres
  • Manage our digital marketing program, including SEM/SEO, email marketing, lead generation (via HubSpot), and content marketing
  • Guide the ongoing development and maintenance of our website
  • Administer and assist in the management of all of Morrison’s social media platforms and online reputation
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and developer partners to achieve shared marketing goals

You have a passion for integrated marketing and a proven skillset in advertising and lead generation. You are an excellent communicator and your verbal and writing strengths allow you to collaborate naturally with team members as well as craft effective marketing communications online and at the point of sale. You’re an organized self-starter and relationship builder who is motivated by results. Ultimately, you thrive in a positive and dynamic environment that is fun and creative.Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a marketing or communications with a minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience as well as 3 years Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using HubSpot to manage a lead generation program an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac OS X an asset (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Previous experience within the real estate or home building industry an asset
