This position reports directly to the Meat Supervisor and Meat Manager,and some of the responsibilities include;To ensure customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to company policies, procedures and standardsPlan and perform all aspects of meat wrapping functions including stocking, displays, price changes and facing of productHandle merchandise ensuring quality and minimize damages and markdownsPerform general clean up duties to ensure an efficient, safe and clean meat department is maintainedWhat skills and abilities will you need to be consideredGrade 9 or acceptable combination of education and experiencePrevious retail or related experienceWhat skills and abilities will set you apart from othersKnowledge of Meat Wrapping or related retail meat experienceKnowledge of ordering and receiving proceduresBenefits & PerksCalgary Co-op has excellent opportunities for increasing levels of responsibility, personal growth and challenge.
