MYo Lab Healthamp; Wellness Inc. is a small business in Calgary, AB. We are fast-paced, customer-centric, and collaborative, and our goal is to provide elite multidisciplinary healthcare to our community.An amazing opportunity exists for an enthusiastic/dynamic and forward thinker who enjoys working in a vibrant growing Healthamp; Wellness practice with all its systems and procedures in place.We are looking for the right person to join our Member Services team and undertake the following duties, with an immediate start date:

  • Reception duties - meeting and greeting patients, which often includes sitting at a desk for prolonged periods during a shift
  • Working with a team of Member Service Representatives, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers, Kinesiologists
  • Helping hold self and team accountable to systems focused around our core values of serving our Members and the greater team long-term

  • Extrovert- this is a front-facing job transacting with hundreds of people each week, in person, on the phone, and via email. If you don #39;t get energized by these situations, this position is NOT for you!

  • Experience using JaneApp is a huge plus, and a general bonus if having sales and/or reception experience. So please mention in your CV if you are proficient in this!
Upon application, you will receive a set of questions ensuring you have read and suggest you meet the above criterion. If successfully complete that portion within 24 hours, a 15-minute Teams interview with your potential future Team Lead will be set up, then if on to the next round will be reference checks of your top 2 references, followed by an in-person meeting at MYo Lab with 2 of our Management Team, then beyond that the final stage will be a short working interview to see your natural skills (specifically your attitude and behaviours) in action before proceeding with an offer!We are currently looking to fill 1 part-time Member Services Representative position:
  • Part-Time (~25hrs/wk)
  • Schedule after training: Sundays-Wednesdays evenings, Thursday coverage as needed
  • The above schedules will include Weekly Team Meetings on Mondays @1-2 pm. 30-minute lunch breaks for shifts of 5+ hours in length will be unpaid. Starting Base Compensation @ $18/hramp; 4% vacation and bonuses available for hitting performance metrics. After the Probation Period opportunity for an increase in compensation based on hitting set performance targets (the sky is the limit based on your performance!)
