  • Lead by example
  • Increase our membership base by converting member prospects into members, and properly qualifying all sales potentials and selling the best product.
  • Personal and positive interaction with members and potential members via person, telephone or email in order to provide clear and concise information about membership programs and services
  • Manage Membership consultants’ team to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times
  • Manage membership questions, concerns, and inquiries for their facility by following procedures in place to retain members.
  • Assists with bi-weekly payroll to ensure all missed clock in / clock out are corrected and submitted on time with payroll signed off by the indicated deadline
  • Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer direction, inspiration, and guidance toward achieving individual and club goals
  • Meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals as determined by Management.
Required Education and Experience
  • Successful previous experience as a team lead or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • College degree preferred
  • High degree of self-motivation and resilience within a sales environment
  • Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse group of people
