As a member of this collaborative team, you can expect a safe, diverse and inclusive environment, and on-going learning and career development opportunities.About the roleReporting to the EA Functional Manager, the MM SAP Functional Analyst is responsible for the ongoing sustainment and support of the MM applications. The incumbent provides Level 2 support for tickets, including resolving issues within applications, and coordinates fixes and changes across other EA teams (integration and reporting) as required, completing given tasks within the initiative, and configuring and testing applications. The incumbent is responsible for their own scope of work and is able to plan and sequence their tasks accordingly.This role is open to Remote or Hybrid work out of any of our Regional OfficesAs a MM SAP Functional Analyst at Graham you will:

• Conduct unit and integration testing within the context of the initiative.
• Complete a small initiative on their own or under the guidance of a senior employee.
• Work with the BA or SMEs to clarify requirements.
• Manage personal work load in the non-production environment using following software lifecycle management.
• Gain experience / knowledge / specialization in one application area (e.g. MM or HR within SAP).
• Conduct release planning within the initiative including integrated testing, end-user testing, release coordination, and cutover plan.
• Check-in with reporting status at standups.
• Plan multiple tasks within scope of the work.
• Provide estimates and timelines for the delivery of solutions.
• Understand sequencing and critical path within the scope of the work.
• Conduct business in line with client guidelines.
• Manage tickets, working directly with all organizational levels dependent of the issue and on a needs-basis.
• Maintain communication at all levels.
• Communicate the technical to various levels and in a manner that can be understood regardless of audience expertise.
• Work with the architect at the senior level, ensuring work is completed in line with business requirements and according to deadlines.
• Communicate business requirements to clients and team to ensure issues are resolved in an effective and timely manner.

Qualifications/Experience

• Diploma or technical training in science, computer science, management, general business, or logic / math.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• SAP certification is an asset.
• 5-7 years of experience in an analyst role or related.
• Understanding of AGILE methodologies.
• Background or training in SAP Materials Management (including Fiori apps)
• Strong problem solving, ticket processing, and customer service skills.
• Software testing experience.
• Finance, HR, or Supply Chain business understanding / experience.
• ERP / SAP experience is required in at least one module (MM, SD, FI, CO, HR, PS).
• Understanding of the business needs / problem and how the reports / solutions will solve them.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience working with customers in a mid- to large-size company.
