Job Description

  • Microsoft Teams Administrator must possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills to support the customer, and possess a general understanding of network and database concepts, security, compliance, and some software design and architecture exposure.
  • Support MS Teams end-users with answers to technical questions, describing best practices, and share that knowledge with end-users and team members
  • Assist with developing Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
  • Work with customers to analyze project requests and align proposed solutions with the product roadmap, customer plans, and strategic goals
  • Advise and co-lead M365 projects from start to finish, including proof of concepts, pilots, and initiatives and brief the status of those in a professional manner
  • Ability to present, translate and articulate complex technical information into business-friendly language and share those ideas with senior level leadership, as well as the user community
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Familiarity with email, data, and chat content retention practices
  • Experience collaborating with Microsoft to stay abreast of changes that affect MS Teams, diagnosing problems, and adjusting to ever-changing technology

Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 per hourEducation:

Experience:
