Did you know that we buy 20% of all the potatoes grown in the US WOW!And we know what youre thinking…how can I get my hands on some free goodies Our team members can enjoy the snacks at work and at home – everyday!High Volume Multi Site Recruiter Food Manufacturing*This is a remote Multi-Site role with sites in Calgary as well as Guelph, Ontario*Your seat at the best snacks tableYou will be working remote for our High Volume Manufacturing Plants with up to 3 locations around Calgary, Alberta and a location in Guelph, Ontario. Frequent travel could be required to these sites on an as needed basis. The successful candidate will support up to four (4) sites for recruiting our non exempt workforce at the manufacturing plants. We are seeking an experienced high volume full lifecycle recruiter who understands how to independently source quickly and creatively for high volume, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind. You are highly responsive to our candidates as well as our hiring managers, your business partners.. You are incredibly skilled at sourcing top-notch candidates in a variety of functions. We have an incredible product offering and exceptional employees - you will be one of the key players in continuing our pattern of success by finding and hiring the best talent.What you bring to the table

• Recruit for high volume skilled roles (maintenance techs, machine operators, sanitarian techs, quality techs) as well as entry level associate roles
• Proven track record of creating and executing sourcing strategies to attract talent, subject matter expert for creating strong business partnerships and networking within the communities
• Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience, including some new hire onboarding tasks to complete prior to orientation
• The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands at varied plants and to constantly re-prioritize
• Savvy with the latest tech and tools
• Data driven - track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
• Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Service level - insist on the highest standards while building respected business partnerships

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of high volume recruiting experience, manufacturing preferred, food a plus!
• SME with the landscape – knows the market and competition
• Expertise in working with an ATS, preferably cloud based systems with integrated onboarding
