Our NE Commercial Print shop is a locally owned full service digital & commercial print shop in Calgary with over 20 years of experience. Our print shop specializes in offset printing, digital printing, apparel printing, bindery, packaging, and distribution. From design to output, we strive to deliver great quality printing and signage on time, every time.We are looking for an office manager with an out going personality to become the face of our company.the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a reception position with direct interaction with clients.Position Duties: - Answering a 10 line phone system- Greeting and assisting walk in customers- Taking POS payments and assisting customers who are picking up their products- Light admin duties such as filing, making coffee, keeping front office clean and organized.- Coordinating Company Events- Assisting the VP and President with various administrative tasks- Managing Front office items such as coordinating with cleaners and maintenance personelle- Assisting with invoicing when required using Quickbooks.Qualifications: - 5 years of Office Admin and Managment experience- Microsoft Office Experience- Ability to multi task- Quickbooks Expereince is an asset- 3 years of Social Media experience, including on camera experience- Must be comfortable being featured in Social Media Posts.Brand Ambassador: This position naturally comes with the added responsiblity of being the face of our company. You will have the most direct contact with our client base. They will come to know you more than they know their own sales reps. So an out going and customer service attitude is a must. There is also the responsibility of being featured on our social media posts via Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok. You will work closely with our Social Media manager to come up with content and posts that you are comfortable with. This requires a strong and appropriate on camera presence. A bonus will be paid for every Tik Tok video you are featured in.What we can offer you: - Competative starting wage equal to a starting amount of $43,741 for the right candidate.
