As an on-the-road sales professional:
  • Prospecting, building and retaining relationships with current and new customers will be your top priority
  • Implementing new ways to grow sales will be your creative outlet to try all those good ideas
  • Accepting sales requests during sales calls will be done professionally and accurately
  • Obtaining and processing all pertinent customer and order information into our computer system may be mundane, but will be necessary
  • Following up with all customers to ensure satisfaction with their product or service should be the highlight of your day
  • Addressing complaints and issues in a timely manner will challenge you to turn the negative into a positive
What are we looking for
  • Five or more years of experience in the commercial or OTR tire business is important so you can hit the ground running
  • Mechanical knowledge is an asset
  • A valid drivers license is non-negotiable. You must also be able to show us you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory drivers abstract
  • Self-motivated associates who have the ability to perform under pressure
  • A driven sales person who is not afraid of cold calls
