Job Description

We are looking for a motivating and ambitious member to join our front desk team at World Gym Southland!Position Available:

  • Full-time OVERNIGHTS (10:00pm - 7:00am, Monday - Thursday)
As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be expected to give excellent customer service to our members. We want you to understand the importance of fitness and actively involve health in your current lifestyle.Responsibilities and Duties
  • selling memberships through guided tours
  • selling personal training starter package sales
  • greet every customer with amazing customer service
  • answering the phone
  • multi-tasking efficiently and calmly
  • helping members with tanning and hydro-massage
  • motivate our members to do their best everyday!
  • handling member concerns
  • help keep our gym clean and in great shape
  • be positive and hard working
Qualifications and Skills
  • customer service experience 1+ years
  • retail sale experience 1+ years
  • great at multi-tasking
  • handling situations with a calm attitude
  • physically active
