Job Description

We are a busy, multidisciplinary clinic with a team that includes chiropractors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, personal trainers, and massage therapists. We are located in SW Calgary in the Sunalta area. We are looking for a part-time/casual receptionist/administrative assistant to work flexible hours (including evenings and Saturdays). The position would start off being Saturdays (7:30 am - 3:30 pm) and one or two evening shifts a week (1:30 pm - 6:30 pm) with the flexibility to cover vacation and sick days. We offer a great team environment with room for growth!Our ideal candidate has an intrinsic (passionate) interest in optimal health and wellness (well-being) and possesses excellent communication skills, solid customer service skills, efficient time management skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multi-task and work independently while performing expected tasks without supervision.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-answering phones-greeting patients-scheduling-billing and processing patient payments (handling cash, POS transactions, and direct billing to insurance plans)-opening and closing day procedures including balancing day sheets-assisting in all administrative/reception functions as requiredPrevious experience in a healthcare setting is an asset, as is knowledge of Juvonno (Go Health) software.
