This position provides guidance to casual and part-time staff, and provides recommendations to the PTS Manager to ensure parking lot signage is relevant, up-to-date, and easily observed by parkers. In addition, the Parking Compliance Team Lead is responsible for reporting hazards and maintenance concerns to the PTS Manager. This position administers parking violations, answers questions related to parking lot issues, and helps parkers find appropriate parking where applicable. The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring the parking appeals email address and compiling appeal forms for the PTS Manager for decision making purposes.
