Job Description

Trullo Trattoria is located in the Oakridge community of Calgary. We are an elevated casual full service restaurant, looking to bring amazing experiences, food and drinks to the surrounding area. In order to do so, we need amazing people! We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team! We are a growing company and want you to grow with us!This position is for Friday and Saturday evenings. 4pm start.Requirements:

  • Serve guests by being attentive through the entire length of their meal.
  • Create a welcoming environment for guests.
  • GREAT knowledge of wines and cocktails
  • Previous experience with mixology in an upscale setting
  • Say yes! Always try to find a way to accommodate a request.
  • Guide guests through their experience by offering features, recommending cocktails, and providing suggestions
  • Pay special attention to all dietary restrictions by informing the kitchen
  • Observe the entire dining experience ensuring that every meal and every moment exceeds expectations.
