  • The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the management of a portfolio of RFS (incremental revenue) Projects and Programmes.
  • This role provides a break from the day to day monotony of provided steady state support. You will be part of a larger team providing Technical Thought Leadership that that works on a multitude of client environments, designing critical IT systems to meet the desired business requirements. You will be part of a team that builds Growth and Foundational Platform Solutions using the latest trends in technology.
  • Responsible for coordinating RFS solution within the Delivery Organization.
  • Drives internal solution development against the agreed-to solution response times and implementation commitments to achieve Client expectations (RFS SLO based on governance).
  • One of the key aspects of PFM role is to work with and keep the Client / Account Management Team informed of Portfolio status including its health (progress / issues / risks), current size, portfolio pipeline and financial contribution to the account’s revenue and GP Position.

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Ability to lead organization / Program change , business process improvement, and business transformation.
  • Canadian Security L2 Cleared.
Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceRelevant work experience (15 years and above).

  • Soft skills.
  • Professional certification like PMP/ ACP/ IBM Sr, PM certification (At least one).
