The incumbent will have to strategically plan and organize the territory/region. The incumbent must maintain present customer accounts, establish new accounts and promote, demonstrate and provide clinical support for Bayer Radiology Products. Additionally, the position requires performing evaluations and in-services of Bayer Radiology products to Bayer customers, training and applications on the safe operation of Bayer Radiology equipment. The incumbent must remain current in technologies and emerging trends and strategically assess and support responses to provincial/national RFP’s.Bayer is committed to a flexible hybrid working environment. This is a 24-month Contract position.What you will do:• Utilize clinical tools and suggest process improvement initiatives • Arrange and conduct equipment demonstrations

  • Call on new and existing accounts to identify and create opportunities to support sales team/Key account managers
  • Schedule and Perform in-services and evaluations of Bayer Radiology products
  • Promote, differentiate, and articulate the features and benefits of Bayer R&I products
Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing and/or Biology, a health care related field; or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years Radiology experience. Interventional Experience a plus • Registered Technologist
  • Medical device industry and/or clinical dept. mgt. preferred
  • Knowledge of CT, MRI and Angiography procedures and functionality
  • Knowledge of current radiology practices and procedures.
  • Detail oriented individual with strong organizational skills
  • Verbal communication and listening skills to interact with physicians, clinical staff, and internal staff and to develop training programs.
  • Presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to coach others on use of products and clinical applications
  • Experience with IT application integration and PACS/RIS/HIS are all strongly preferred
  • Strong team selling skills and clinical background with excellent time and territory management abilities
  • Proven history of being action oriented and persevering, especially when dealing with situations that can be ambiguous
  • Ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Dedication to exceeding the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers
  • Must be able to assemble equipment in the field and to perform operational in-service
  • Minimum Travel of 70%
  • Territory: British Columbia & Alberta
