Job Description

Peak Products Manufacturing Inc. is part of The Peak Group of Companies – a leader in the home improvement industry and supplier of innovative building and home improvement products for The Home Depot throughout Canada and the United States. Our brand new distribution center located in Calgary, AB (20 High Plains Blvd, Balzac, AB) is currently looking for a Production Worker to join our growing team.What We Offer

What You Will Do
  • Perform all duties in accordance with standard operational procedures and to ensure service standards, safety, security and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Recommend operational improvements to production management
  • Safe and effective use of operation facilities, equipment and supplies
  • Keep up all records for Produced, Rejected, and Damaged materials like Profiles, Boxes, and Labels
  • Run all Production Equipment according schedule and specifications
  • Assure that the RPO schedule is completed in time
  • Advise Production Coordinator of any receipt discrepancies
  • Maintain a constant visual on parts and supplies stored on the shop floor
  • Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality
About You
  • You are a self-starter and a team player, reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
  • You are safety-oriented, have a strong attention to detail and is willing to learn
  • You are able to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with others
  • You are able and willing to safely lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis
  • Previous experience in a warehouse and/or production facility is an asset
  • You are available to work from 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday, willing to work overtime and/or flexible shifts to support operational needs
