Your TeamThe Program Coordinator supports our Corporate Operations team; a diverse group, comprised of six functional teams, each working to realize the strategic goals of the organization.In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for vendors, plan and coordinate group-wide activities and meetings, support a portfolio of strategic projects, and provide a variety of administrative assistance.You will work closely with our leadership team, with opportunities to grow and develop, and make a company-wide impact.Your Key DeliverablesIdentify and manage all digital platforms shared by the team, maintaining licenses, providing access, and becoming single point of contact for team supportPlan, manage and track all team meetings and activities, including distribution of agendas and follow-up communicationSupport multiple concurrent projects with tracking, updates, and development of materials, including presentationsConsolidate and maintain the team budget, and manage expenses for the Corporate Operations leadership teamMust Haves2+ years of experience working in a corporate office environment, including:1+ years experience supporting project-driven workExperience supporting multiple stakeholders and leadersExperience managing group expensesIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the wider MS Office suiteProven ability to adopt new online systems and platformsYour OpportunityWe are proud to offer our employees what they value most:
