Hope Mission also has branches in Calgary, Red Deer, Evansburg and Wetaskiwin.Job Summary:As the Program Manager of the Hope Mission Calgary site, you will provide leadership and support to a team of children and youth workers running programs for children and Youth. You will be responsible for the Kids in Action and Youth in Action program running out of schools and the Hub. The Program team, kitchen team, and volunteer administrator will report to you. You will equip and resource your team with the information and training needed to run supportive programs for children and youth in need. You will work with your team to coordinate and implement key annual events including Family Dinners, and other special events. You will maintain and grow a Christ centered culture through leading Bible studies, prayer meetings, and staff meetings. Your role will include communicating with many departments within Hope Mission to ensure the logistics of programs and events are coordinated and implemented. You will be a liaison within the community between schools, community agencies, donors, and volunteers.Key attributes for this position include:
