CompanyICE Western started back in 1991 in Calgary, Alberta.We manufacture a highly complex Custom HVAC units for commercial and industrial market, worldwide.Over the years, sales have increased dramatically and now ICE Western has a state of the art industrial manufacturing facility located on 5 acres in South Foothills Industrial Park Calgary Alberta. In May 2016, we added an extra 40,000 square feet addition to our existing facility, allowing us to address the demand for our products. Please apply.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will possess the following skill set:

  • Ability to work alongside the Sales Engineers and Designers in obtaining accurate information from customer request.
  • Assisting the sales team with accurate take offs.
  • Ability to manage projects & project files from beginning to end.
  • Ability to completely assess tender documents and Mechanical take-offs
  • Ensuring submittals are sent on a timely manner
  • Ensuring all questions from clients are being answered and communicated with various departments
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer support & customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from first inception to final shipment, controlling all aspects of the project from submittal drawings through to final as built documentation control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Use word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software to prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents
  • Assist sales in drafting correspondence and reports
  • Schedule appointments and meetings using electronic calendar systems
  • Support the document control as required.
  • Transcribe material from handwritten notes or digital dictation
  • Assisting Design/Drafting Department
  • Work closely with lead designer on daily tasks.
  • Records management, filing, project documents and other office duties
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required
