You will be the lead and primary contact of the Dawson Wallace construction team with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. The project manager is responsible to plan and coordinate amongst the project team all aspects of the construction project including construction methodology, prime contract management, subcontract management, consultants, estimating, quality control, schedule, cost control, safety, and retains accountability of project’s final success.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
