When in the candidate zone, you will be able to see your previous applications for both IBM and Kyndryl.For further information on privacy, please visit www.kyndryl.com/privacy.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract.A TCIS PM is responsible for leading a project team to deliver a Technology Consulting & Implementation Services project to the client using the latest methods and assets - including reference architectures, business measurements and terms & conditions according to the project contract.The individual has knowledge of and experience in delivering projects within the Technology Consulting & Implementation Services (TCIS) portfolio. The individual has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables, which includes applying their knowledge of TCIS projects in the planning, tracking, change control and risk management of the project.They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, partners and vendors and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. The individual provides day-to-day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client. In addition, the individual is responsible for performing engagement processes including harvesting of intellectual capital, obtaining references and forwarding recommendations to the opportunity owner.They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer.They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer. Understands departmental mission and vision. Provides advice in technical/operational domain of specialization. Generally controls own work priorities and methods requiring tradeoffs.Impact on Business/Scope: Accountable for individual or team, or department results, and for the impact of the results on functional activities. Participates in overall departmental program planning. May have budgetary responsibility. Contributes by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, or impact immediate costs or expenses.Working Conditions/Physical Efforts: Normal/flexible office conditions, may be exposed to demands of travel and irregular work hours.Internal IBM, Customer, Third parter Vendors, business partners.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
