Teams in Engine maintain the heart of our payments platform. You’ll strive to understand our dynamic and diverse platform from the perspectives of our customers. You’ll design and execute test strategies, ensuring we deliver high quality solutions while meeting our customers needs.What You Bring:

The Opportunity:At Reach, we’re growing and seeking an energetic, curious, and open-minded Quality Assurance Analyst to help us continue our evolution in ecommerce development. As a member of the Quality Assurance team, you’ll strive to understand our dynamic and diverse platform from the perspectives of our customers. You’ll design and execute test strategies, ensuring we deliver high quality solutions while meeting our customers needs.What You’ll Do:
  • Contribute to an agile software development team by collaborating with developers, product owners, merchant success, and other QA team members to drive quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct formal product verification including functional and regression testing, to ensure quality and release readiness.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute test scenarios for new product features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
  • Be a part of our API automation journey with Postman.
  • Help to evaluate and identify other opportunities for test automation.
  • Troubleshoot, isolate, and verify issues encountered during a products lifecycle and assist in problem solving.
  • Defect management including the identification, prioritization, severity, tracking, and triage of issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather requirements to drive quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
RequirementsMust Have:
  • 2+ years of applicable experience in a support-based technology role or similar.
  • Software development related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience using Postman, Github, and Jira.
  • Experience using scripting languages such as JavaScript
  • Experience working with AWS infrastructure.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and other approaches to accelerated delivery.
  • Experience developing for and integrating with payment frameworks such as Shopify, Magento, SFCC, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.
  • Experience with ecommerce or payment systems.
Bonus Points:
  • Knowledge of additional test automation tools & frameworks such as Katalon, Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, Jest, Mocha etc.
  • Experience with other programming languages such as Python, Java, PHP, Groovy, etc.
  • Willingness to learn/contribute in load and performance testing.
