Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Physician - Competition #2022-356About UsEFW Radiology, a physician-owned and operated partnership has been serving Calgary and its surrounding areas since 1969.We are an academic subspecialty partnership providing clinical service, teaching and research for the University of Calgary at Foothills Medical Centre and South Health Campus sites. EFW radiology owns and operates several private imaging clinics within Calgary, and Airdrie, that provide various diagnostic imaging modalities including Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and X-Ray.We perform over 600,000 examinations annually with a balance between community and hospital work. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate care, working to earn the trust of referring clinicians and patients, and offering meaningful career opportunities that allow you to develop your unique work/life balance.We believe our commitment to excellent care extends to our community, and we support various local charitable and community support organizations.The RoleEFW Radiology is currently seeking a dual-certified Radiology and Nuclear Medicine physician to join our practice. As a physician with EFW Radiology, you will participate in a mix of hospital and clinic work and join our congenial group of dual certified physicians practicing all areas of Nuclear Medicine including PET/CT and general radiology. This position is a partnership track position offering long term job security potential to the right candidate.Eligible candidates must be Certified Fellows of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in both Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine and should have training and experience in the supervision and interpretation of PET/CT exams.Why EFWWe strive to deliver healthcare with compassion, earn the trust of referring physicians, and provide careers with meaning.We offer our physicians:

  • Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
  • Certified Follows of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in both Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine
  • Training and experience in supervision and interpretation of PET/CT exams
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
