Job Description

McKnight Registry is an Alberta Authorized Registry Agent located in the North East of Calgary that has been operating since 1993. We are currently looking for Part Time and Full Time employees to join the team.Responsibilities of the job:

  • Must provide professional, friendly service to customers.
  • Entry of data onto the Motor Vehicles Database.
  • Ensure Government and registry policy and regulations are followed.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Self-driven and self-directed work.
Qualities of an ideal candidate:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation ability.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • PIC (Police Information Check) required
Work experience & education:
  • High school or equivalent.
  • 1+ yrs experience customer service role.
Language:
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • All other languages considered an asset.
