Job Description

The Wood Automotive Group has an opportunity for a temporary Rental Administrator to join our Rental department at Woodridge Ford! This is a 12 month temporary contract to cover for a maternity leave.Reporting to the Rental Manager, the Rental Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Rental & Fleet Department. In addition, responsibilities would include overseeing the Lot Attendants scheduling and day to day activities.Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Oversee the Lot Attendants schedule and daily work load to ensure tasks are complete in order to maximize productivity and proficiency.
  • Assisting with rental inventory preparation.
  • Assisting with rental contracts. Obtain accurate information and input complete rental contract.
  • Contact and confirm insurance coverage for rental clients prior to rental delivery.
  • Assist as required for completing rental pick up and return with clients.
  • Administration for client billing and notifications. May include credit card billing, P.O. management, A/R customer invoicing.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of direct work experience in a Customer service/Administrator position.
  • Strong knowledge of general office procedures involving procurement, reports, spread sheets, including e-mail, word processing.
  • Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential.
  • Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
