We are excited to say that our company is growing, and we are in search of a motivated, organized, hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team and grow with us. - Follow-up with Site Supervisor to ensure possession deficiencies are completed- Conduct the 2 month, 6 month and 1 year warranty visits with homeowners- Fix warranty issues at scheduled meetings if possible- Educate homeowners about proper home maintenance- Review service requests against closing dates, ABNHW guidelines and contract information; determine if items are covered and notify the client if any items are not warranted- Coordinate timely completion of documented warranty items with trades and homeowners- Ensure warranty work is completed within 10 days- Enter warranty information into electronic warranty software; ensure it is up to date at all times- Timely response to client concerns by email and telephone requiredRequirements: - Related experience and/or construction knowledge required- A valid driver’s license and abstract required- Excellent customer service and proven communication skills- Strong organization and time management skills- Knowledge of ANHWP guidelines and building codes- Attention to detail and strong commitment to deadlines- Must have a demonstrated positive and proactive approach and be prepared to be flexible in the work performedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
