Job Description

Douglas Homes is a large-sized home builder building in Calgary, Cochrane, Airdrie and Chestermere. We have received numerous industry awards and have outstanding industry credentials. We are excited to say that our company is growing, and we are in search of a motivated, organized, hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team and grow with us. - Follow-up with Site Supervisor to ensure possession deficiencies are completed- Conduct the 2 month, 6 month and 1 year warranty visits with homeowners- Fix warranty issues at scheduled meetings if possible- Educate homeowners about proper home maintenance- Review service requests against closing dates, ABNHW guidelines and contract information; determine if items are covered and notify the client if any items are not warranted- Coordinate timely completion of documented warranty items with trades and homeowners- Ensure warranty work is completed within 10 days- Enter warranty information into electronic warranty software; ensure it is up to date at all times- Timely response to client concerns by email and telephone requiredRequirements: - Related experience and/or construction knowledge required- A valid driver’s license and abstract required- Excellent customer service and proven communication skills- Strong organization and time management skills- Knowledge of ANHWP guidelines and building codes- Attention to detail and strong commitment to deadlines- Must have a demonstrated positive and proactive approach and be prepared to be flexible in the work performedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
