Restaurant Manager at Buster's Pizza and Donair in Hinton, Alberta.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced Restaurant Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available during all shifts. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that consistently follows brand standards to ensure that we keep our customers satisfied so that they return often and recommend us to others. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all team members work towards providing the best tasting pizza, donair and more on time and as promised.Key Accountabilities:

• Manage the Buster’s Pizza and Donair in an effective and efficient manner while maintaining superior customer service and satisfaction
• Provides direction to the team during shift; acts as a coach and mentor, role modeling the expectations of customer service and upholding Topper’s standards
• Coach, educate and motivate the team to maintain a high-quality customer service experience
• Provides leadership within the Buster’s; recognizing and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence
• Coach assistant managers and supervisors through “people management” activities to assist them with development and practice of their skills
• Constantly monitor staffing levels and recruit proactively utilizing available tools and systems to ensure sound selection of candidates
• Manage customer loyalty, POS reports, email and positive interactions with the Customer
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance schedules are followed to maintain cleanliness of equipment and restaurant in general
• Build sales and maximize profits by effectively interacting, developing, and communicating our company and customer expectations to the entire team
• Perform cost control procedures, prepare financial accounting and reporting, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and efficient labor management.
• Provide effective Dough Management, Prep Management and equal assignment of duties
• Accountable for scheduling all staff and contract delivery drivers taking into consideration, sales history, trends and daily labor
• Manage food costs to within targeted variance
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Identifies opportunities for sales building through community involvement
• Executes local store marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and loyalty
• Make great Pizza and Donairs!

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma/GED or College Diploma
• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience
• Experience in the fast food service industry is considered an asset
• Superior customer service knowledge, skills and abilities
• An effective communicator coupled with the ability to coaching and develop team members
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with effective decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a strong sense of urgency
• Consistently demonstrates personal ethics and integrity

Working Conditions:

• As a Store Manager you will be expected to work a variety of shifts to ensure sound operations, which includes working evening, weekends, opens and closes
• You will be required to interact with all team members, management, vendors and our customers
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
• Must be capable of lifting 25lbs
• Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time
