Calgary Co-ops roots run deep into the heart of our community.The OpportunityReporting to the Operation Directors, this Retail Specialist will work closely with all stakeholders on providing training, on-going coaching and mentoring to support retail’s goal of continuous improvement in an effort to exceed member expectations every day. They will champion, implement, and ensure adherence to new and existing operational programs including employee engagement and development, new and existing sales growth initiatives, financial reporting, labor control, margin and shrink management targets ensuring budgeted financial goals are met or exceeded. Retail Specialists will work non-standard business hours, including evenings, weekends or overnights as required, and will need to travel on a regular basis for business, training or functions.We are currently seeking an energetic, motivated and organized individual with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills to join our operations team, and who meet the qualifications listed below.Qualifications
