Full-time team members are eligible for health benefits after 6 months, and discounted hotel rooms at Hilton hotels around the globe.THE ROLE: Room Attendants contribute to the overall success of the hotel by ensuring our guest rooms are always fresh, sanitized, and welcoming to our guests.ACTIVITIES: The duties and responsibilities for the Room Attendant include, but are not limited to the following:· Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner according to hotel procedures and brand standards.· Ensure guest rooms are stocked with brand standard amenities and utensils.· Follow hotel procedures for key control and security of guests’ privacy and belongings.· Provide genuine service and assistance to our guests.· Maintain room attendant cart, replenishing any items as required.· Respond to housekeeping room cleaning request from either guest or management in a timely and efficient manner.· Inspect furniture and room and reports any damage or deficiencies.· Keep the supervisor updated on work progress and alert them to any repairs needed.· Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.· Assist with deep cleaning projects and public area cleaning as required.· Adhere to all policies and procedures in place at the hotel and attend work on time as scheduled.· Behave in a professional and honest member.· Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and standards. Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: · Ability to work flexible shifts (weekdays and weekends, evenings and holidays)· Completion of High School, GED or equivalent required.· Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.· Ability to multi-task and work under heavy pressure / stress during busy times.· Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit exemplary performance.· Job requires considerable walking and standing for long periods of time, frequent and repetitive lifting, reaching, bending, stretching, pulling, pushing and twisting.Application deadline: 2021-06-07Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $15.92 per hourBenefits:
