About the role:Our Dispatchers do just that - they ensure service work is flowing through the shop in a way that is efficient, maximizes our resources, and meets the commitments made to our customers. Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing Are you disciplined, results-driven, and looking for a challenge If you have stellar organizational skills and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality and we’ll provide you with the support, tools, and training you’ll need to help get people camping!As a Dispatcher, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing an efficient workflow work through the service department
  • Scheduling RV Technicians daily workload, following up on progress throughout the day and adjusting the schedule as may be needed
  • Establishing daily, weekly, and monthly labour inventory
  • Monitoring the quality of work being performed, to ensure it meets our customers expectations
The selected candidate must be available on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays but not Sundays!Please note: reliable transportation is required, as there is no bus service to 272211 TWP Rd 241B.About you:

Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Goal-oriented and achievement-driven
  • Previous experience in a parts/service-related role is an asset
  • Comfortable with new software, MS Office, and Outlook
