Job Description

JOB TITLE: Sales AssociateDIVISION: SalesDEPARTMENT: SalesREPORTS TO: Regional Sales ManagerLOCATION: CalgaryPOSITION OVERVIEW:As the Sales Associate for Theodore, you play an integral part of our team in taking all visitors through the home buying experience, putting together legally binding purchase agreements, and creating a positive experience for each visitor. With every person that walks through the doors, there are thousands of marketing dollars that have been spent to bring them through our doors, it’s our goal to ensure each visitor leaves feeling positive, regardless of whether they purchased a home with us or we weren’t the right fit for them.The role will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager with day-to-day guidance from the Senior Sales Associate or Area Sales Manager.RESPONSIBILITIES:Your duties include, but are not limited to:Support Senior Sales Associate with sales transactions and processes.Take clients through purchasing process from initial introduction to the projects, purchase agreement and possession.Aid in customer service throughout the sales and possession process.Aid purchasers with design selection, ensuring all selected finishes have been documented and entered into CRM for Condo Admin & Construction.Maintain CRM – ensuring that client information and data is up to date and recorded accurately and in detail, daily activities noted, and the sales processes have been logged and completed.Maintain Contract Management Platform – Prepare accurate and legally binding purchase and sale agreements and addendums – ensuring that critical dates are met, deposits received in a timely manner and all documentation is forwarded on to the appropriate parties.Communicate any customer inquiries or concerns quickly and accurately with the Sales Management team.Assist Senior Sales Associate in providing projections and reports to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports and market analysis.Assist in Business Planning, Sales Strategies, Marketing Initiatives and Sales ProjectionsAssist in coordinating sales events and marketing initiatives.Maintain an intimate working knowledge of our project and of the local area.Organize and complete all necessary paperwork and ensure the accuracy and maintenance of customer files and contracts.Ensure all start/end of day duties are carried out (i.e. ensuring signage is taken out/brought inside, lights turned on/off, coffee/water stocked, burnt out lights replaced, etc.) and Presentation Centre is clean and tidy.Ensure all marketing materials and price ranges are accurate and up-to-date and in supply.Maintain positive purchaser and client relations and enhance Graywood’s reputation.Attend and participate in weekly/bi-weekly sales meetings with team and management.QUALIFICATIONS:ExperienceMinimum 1-3 years’ relevant office, real estate, or customer service-related experienceKey Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of the Real Estate IndustryPositive AttitudeCustomer FocusedTeam PlayerAbility to multi-taskExcellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detailOTHER JOB REQUIREMENTSThe selected candidate will be required to work weekends and may be required to travel to different sites based on work demands.We are an equal opportunity employer that values the unique skills and experiences of each of our candidates; recognizing that each prospective team member of Graywood Developments Ltd. contributes to our efforts in building a diverse and inclusive place to work.Should you require any disability-related accommodation to support your participation in our recruitment process, please notify us and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.
