Job Description

Cam Plug ltd. is currently expanding, and we are searching for a persuasive, self-motivated and passionate inside/outside Sales Professional who has an ability to drive exceptional business results, meets deadlines efficiently, maintains a positive work ethic, is willing to travel, problem solves independently, and functions well as a team-player. Previous sales experience is a must.Our Sales experts are the eyes and ears of our customers. They do not wait; they take the initiative. They transform “That sounds interesting!” into actual contracts, paving the way for new avenues of business.What will you do

  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience at every opportunity
  • Lead the sales process including presentations, relationship building, proposal preparation and order closing.
  • Identify, develop and manage small, large, and complex opportunities, engaging technical resources as needed
  • Develop sales via exclusive distribution partners, and across internal businesses
  • Develop promotional and market feedback activities with channel partners in close collaboration with our marketing professionals
  • Attend and host trade shows, and other promotional events representing Siemens
  • Prepare formal bid packages / tender responses and solutions
  • Actively develops a new client base and cultivates existing clients to promote products and services
  • Manages and reports sales activities and opportunities in CRM program
  • Ensures client satisfaction through planned follow up and ensures repeat business
  • Analyzes and keeps up to date on changing market conditions, customer requirements and competitive trends.
What will you need to succeed
  • Proven history of success selling products and solutions in industrial markets
  • Strong desire to face and overcome challenges
  • Bachelors degree, college technologist diploma in Electrical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years of Experience working with End Users, Original Equipment Manufacturers, Integrators, Electrical Panel Shops and channel partners.
  • University degree at bachelors level as a minimum; Electrical Engineering degree or relevant experience or Journeyman Electrician with appropriate level of industry experience
  • Experience in medium to large sized electrical construction projects and a current knowledge of electrical.
  • Ability to positively influence direct and indirect sales channels to ensure that they promote your product portfolio
  • Excellent language skills, fluent in speaking and writing in English with bilingual skills in French a benefit
  • Excellent understanding of the sales process and ability to close sales at all levels of an organization
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $66,004.00-$100,000.00 per yearFlexible Language Requirement:

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
