Job Description

Stout Gloves Job Description

  • Work with distribution and end-users to promote and sell company products.
  • Promote new products as well as promotions and work with customers to develop new programs
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide customized solutions.
  • Make sales calls with distributor representatives.
  • Offer solutions & development for products for new and existing customers.
  • Be results driven, action oriented and accountable to meet and exceed set growth targets.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors products, prices, and sales.
  • Sales opportunities in Red Deer, Grande Prairie, Lloydminster and northern BC.
Minimum Requirements
  • A post-secondary education is preferred but not a must.
  • Attitude is everything
  • Outside sales representative / sales account manager experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Teamwork & Guidance
  • You will receive amazing support from our Sales team, Corporate leaders, Customer Service and Warehouse operations.
  • Weekly team and leadership meetings to provide the best support and guidance along with challenges, wins and opportunities.
