Job Description

Infosys is seeking a SAP BODS / ETL This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.   • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
Preferred Qualification :
  • SAP BODS ETL experience of around 8-12Years.
  • Excellent Understanding of Application Development Life Cycle and expertise in Data Modeling and Data warehouse and ETL applications
  • Working knowledge of all the SAP BODS transformations and Experience of BODS scripting.
  • To be very well versed in using Data Services designer to extract and load data in formats such as Flat Files, Excel work sheets, XML,json from SharePoint, COGNOS, webservices along with system applications SAP ECC, SA P BW and Data Bases like HANA , Db2 , Oracle , Sql server.
  • To be Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture and able to provide BODS estimation effort.
  • Worked extensively on mapping documents ( After re-verify with clients ) and developed the batch jobs.
  • Well versed with Data Quality and Data Profiling activities in BODS
  • Should have experience in Performance tuning and Job run time optimization .
  • Client communication and team management
