You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and Responsibilities.IBM Global Business Services (GBS) is currently seeking a SAP FICO (CFIN) S/4 HANA Managing Consultant to join.What You’ll Do:This role is for a Manager or Senior Manager within the SAP practice, which delivers SAP implementation services across all sectors of IBM within North America. This individual will be responsible for leading project teams as well as serving as an individual contributor, proposal development, ensuring the quality of team delivery, thought leadership, keeping the team members utilized, and ultimately growing revenue on projects. The practitioner will be very knowledgeable with required SAP product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, and configuration requirements and integration with other modules and SAPs Business Intelligence. This individual will lead practitioners to develop and maintain the configuration and functional design documents and support role based profile changes. You will be advising client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by SAP S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance.Sales and DeliveryYou will support sales at key accounts by assisting with the scoping, solutioning, and program planning around SAP FI S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance. This will be required to support sales and go-to-market activities for SAP S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance deals, which will include writing and shaping proposals and presenting at Orals. You will support delivery teams as a subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing S/4 programs and help kickoff and plan new ones.Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 6 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling with minimum 4 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live
• At least 2 years of combined implementation or migration experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance
• At least 1 year of S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance experience with finance specific Fiori Apps and HANA Live contents.
• At least 3 years work experience in a consulting firm.
• At least 4 years of solid business process knowledge and business process blue printing experience
• At least 2 years of experience selling finance transformation programs, including strategic alignment with executives, solution development, and closing business.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven thought leadership in SAP Financials FI & S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance, demonstrated by whitepapers, presentations at Industry and/or SAP events is preferred
• Should be well aware of the S/4HANA and/or Central Finance roadmap, differences between software version releases and new innovations that are brought in in each of the S/4HANA and/or Central Finance releases.
• Big Data and cognitive experience is a plus.
