Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be accountable for the end to end delivery of SAP focused projects under ATB’s Solution Delivery Life Cycle framework. You are a strong communicator, team oriented and results driven.This role requires prior experience in technical project management in order to lead and understand the projects.Key areas of responsibility include:

• Collaborate with TIE, Business, and 3rd party stakeholders to confirm the problems to be solved, expected outcomes and project deliverables.
• Identify and confirm project approach and engage appropriate stakeholders to develop detailed resource estimates and effective plans to manage the initiative.
• Assign deliverables, tasks and activities and continuously monitor and control all associated resources, schedules and plans.
• Report on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria and reporting as required
• Anticipate and effectively manage risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the initiative.
• Ensure optimal communications within and across teams and with all project stakeholders.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure a strong and positive stakeholder relationship.
• Provide positive team leadership and motivate those teams directly and indirectly involved.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading information technology projects
• 3+ years leading SAP focused projects or programs including but not limited to CRM, ECC/S/4, BAS/TRBK, PE/PC, PI/PC, BW, Solution Manager)

• Experience in SAP S/4 Foundational Platform and SAP tools (Fiori, ILM, Enable Now)
• Experience in managing application service packs
• Solid understanding of server and network infrastructure
• Familiar with MaxAttention Safeguarding Services
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success in leading, collaborating, and contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Experience and significant knowledge of project planning tools with evidence of practical application
• Ability to develop and communicate effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders, often with seemingly competing priorities
• Ability to negotiate and influence without direct authority, understanding the technical landscape and direction but also with an ability to communicate simply and translate technical concepts into business terms and value
• Proven ability to deliver results and drive change for the organization
