Flexible Hours-Open Weekly Availability (including some weekends)Must have your own vehicle and a valid drivers license, you provide an outstanding delivery service! As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for catering and/or customer home delivery. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members. During slow delivery season you will help out Grocery Department.Duties & Responsibilities: -Make sure customers are taken care of and the store and delivery van looks great at all times.-Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delightful service.-Deliver all catering orders and home deliveries.-Ensure that all orders are properly organized prior to leaving store-Maintain catering van in good working order.-Coordinate supplies needed for catering deliveries.-Ensure high-level of customer service and appropriate behavior in all dealings with corporate and social catering clientele.-Work very flexible hours and handle unpredictability of daily demands of catering delivery schedule.-Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.-Follows and complies with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe work practices.-Operates and sanitizes all equipment in a safe and proper manner-Performs other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Team Lead (Department Manager), Assistant Managers or Manager.Qualifications: -Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and leadership.-Valid Driver’s License, with a clean driving record.-Ability to perform physical requirements of position.-Ability to operate all necessary equipment.-Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.-Stand and walk for extended periods of time.**PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION**Just like finishing a hard days work on the farm, working at Sunterra will provide you with a sense of ownership, pride and the satisfaction of a job well done.
