For further information on privacy, please visit www.kyndryl.com/privacy.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesKyndryl CIO – Our Platform and Resiliency organization is seeking Security Specialist in our Kyndryl Hosting area, as we move and redeploy Kyndryl application portfolio to a new environment. Our Security Specialists are leaders. They are knowledgeable in the IT Security field and able to educate others. They are also able to think fast to help solve problems, while having excellent communication skills.To be successful in this role, one must demonstrate:

  • Ability to interpret and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Ability to analyze complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess opportunities, impacts, and support/open risks.
  • Ability to assess and audit risks, recommending appropriate response, including mitigation, remediation and schedule with limited supervision from management.
  • Develop, maintain and enforce internal controls around security and compliance frameworks.
  • Create and maintain security KPI’s.
  • Adapt communications and approaches to conclude security negotiations resulting in common agreements.
  • Lead special projects and manage communication to make sure that appropriate security processes, procedures and tools are installed, monitored, and effectively operating and alerting.
  • Influence people and organizations, including executive management, when security issues are complex/difficult and require considerable diplomacy.
  • Drive and support the team in the evolution of our security services, aiming at always improving customer satisfaction.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise• Have 4+ year’ experience in IT Security and be ready to make a meaningful impact on our Kyndryl CIO.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and frameworks, such as SOX, HIPAA, ISO etc…
  • Experience in conducting internal security audits
  • Fluency in English
  • University graduated in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience• Azure Security Engineer Associate certification
  • Experience interpreting and implementing security policies and procedures
