It is conducted by scholars from a variety of disciplinary backgrounds, who are interested in understanding student learning, innovations in teaching practice, and transformation of higher education. The Mokakiiks Centre for SoTL is: a nexus for communication and collaboration, providing resources and coordinating initiatives locally, regionally, nationally; a community of scholars collaboratively advancing the existing body of knowledge about teaching and learning; and a research centre facilitating and supporting investigation leading to deeper understanding of and sustained improvement in student learning.About the RoleThis position is to provide administrative and coordination support for the Mokakiiks Symposium on SoTL held in Banff, November 10-12, 2022.It is a part-time role working 3 days (21 hours) per week. The work schedule is negotiable and will be mainly on campus, with some flexibility for virtual work.This position is a limited term role, starting immediately and ending December 2, 2022.Responsibilities
