These solutions includeSAP xECM ProductsSAP BW ReportingAnalytics and Reporting technologies such as Tableau, Cognos reports etc.SAP NetWeaver Platforms (for ECC, BW and others)SAP PI/XI (Process Orchestration Platforms)SAP Integrations across the landscapeSAP HANA DB platformsFacilitate cadences to support the team to refine, plan & execute on solution delivery requirementsSupport work backlog optimizationDeliver subject matter expertise in a range of complex technologiesDesign and implement processes to improve operations for multiple vendors to optimize the overall delivery and reliabilityDocument critical technical knowledge in-house to reduce long term operational riskManage the process for resolution of critically high priority issues in production systemsResponsible for involvement in projects impacting the SAP Basis areaWe’d like to review your application if you have…Must-haves (minimum requirements):8 years of experience in Reporting and Analytics solutions /technologies such as SAP BW, Basis Admin, Tableau, PowerBI, Cognos and Open TextBachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer ScienceStrong people management, communication and decision-making abilities to organize and lead effortsStrong technical background in evolving technologies for Reporting and Analytics solutions – minimum of 5 yearsStrong background in SAP NetWeaver Products ECC, BW, HANA,) and others– minimum of 5 yearsExperience with multiple go-live implementationsUnderstanding of all aspects of installation, upgrades, patching, client strategy, client copies, system refreshes, performance tuning, transport management, system landscape management, and technical testingStrong understanding of underlying database, operating system, and hardware platformsPreference for:HA (Cluster), DR experienceExperienced with outsource relationshipsGood operational understanding of a large-scale organization with Oil and Gas KnowledgeStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under tight deadlinesWhere you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other important information:You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needsOccasional travel to Wood Buffalo may be required for stakeholder relationsDepending on the nature of the role, we have implemented a Hybrid Work Model to provide our employees with a combination of office-based work and ‘work from home’ flexibility.
