The RoleWe are seeking a driven customer experience focused Store Manager to support our Chinook team.You’re an experienced, inspirational leader that thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing and driving a passionate team, dedicated to achieving outstanding performance across all key indicators.To succeed in this role, you must be motivated by driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement. Being passionate about your people, you will provide your team with training and development to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance.This is a full-time position and will require availability over late night trading hours, public holidays and weekends.Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing store operations
  • Sound knowledge in coaching and leading teams
  • Exposure to performance management
  • Demonstrated skills & experience in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Have a passion for driving sales & achieving results
  • Effective roster & stock management
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales, wages and shrinkage targets
  • Previous visual merchandising ability
  • Understanding of fashion and trends
