Marketing, Lifestyle BrandsLocation: Calgary - DowntownThe Role:Moby Brand Ambassadors learn, work, live and play within the major downtown urban centres we serve in Alberta.As a Moby Brand Ambassador in Calgary you will engage with our existing and prospective customers and target audiences; University Students, Professionals, Urban Families and Downtown Businesses in-person within building lobbies and outside sales booths educating them on our fibre optic triple play telecom services - fibre optic internet | tv | phone.Under the guidance of our VP, your efforts will be focused on:· Engage with prospective customers onsite with condominium and apartment building tenants in lobbies premises and outside public locations to promote and sell Moby services· Utilize our customer portal to sign up new customers with Moby telecom services· Assist and participate in coordination and implementation of event marketing, sales and customer engagement campaigns· Participate in social media calendar development and management in a team environment to raise brand awareness in Calgary downtown and uptown· Subscriber retention and ancillary revenue development through in-person communication and direct lobby sales· Ensuring traditional marketing elements communicating Moby services are fully supplied in building lobbies, offices and common areas· Engage with condo building management and apartment leasing agents to maintain promotion of Moby servicesRequired Skills:· Highly motivated and outgoing to engage individuals in a sales and customer service capacity· Excellent communications and grammarEducation and Experience· Minimum High School Diploma· Current or graduated post secondary students· Past experience in product/service consumer sales and product demonstrationOur Brand Attributes:· Local· Entrepreneurial· Urban· Personable· Diverse· Transparent· Clean· EdgyWhen engaging with people, you'll highlight Moby's brand attributes and compelling service offerings with unique messages (e.g. we're an independent telecom, own our own fibre infrastructure, pricing is as advertised, no residential contracts, a customer service department that won't put you on hold for 45 minutes, a founder who makes being from New Brunswick fashionable, and we've got a great origin story) in a straightforward, friendly, cheeky voice that can joke with your audience and chime in on trends happening within our city.Reference ID: Moby-BAPart-time hours: 25 - 40 per week (3 to 5 days Monday - Sunday Shifts Available)Job Types: Part-time - Full-time, CasualSalary: $15.00-$17.00 per hourReference ID: Moby-BAContract length: 6 monthsReference ID: Moby-BDAContract length: 6 monthsPart-time hours: 25-40 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipSalary: $15.00-$17.00 per hourSchedule:
