Job Description

about the role: a flawless executor of dreamy content, the pronto studio creative is a master of our virtual studio processthe pronto creative must be passionate about digital content, and creation and have an expert understanding of video production, photography, lighting, and set design. on top of being a skilled creator, the studio creative must also be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.this is a full-time position located in Calgary and will report directly to the ops manager.about pronto:we arm eCommerce founders with groovy content without breaking the bank. our virtual studio provides our customers the perfect sandbox to create their content and our platform makes it possible for consumer product companies in the world to get content that moves their business forwards without the need for a huge team, or a huge budget.requirementsan ideal candidate can:

  • produce, shoot & edit both photo and video content
  • set up different lighting styles and techniques
  • collaborate with clients in-studio and remotely
  • coordinate the team to meet customer needs while improving customer experience, performance, and efficiency
  • develop and maintain an internal and external knowledge base of key articles and canned responses for staff and customers
  • establish and improve customer service policies and processes
  • Model roster management, booking, sourcing, and updating as required
  • troubleshoot on-set challenges and juggle various projects at once
  • troubleshoot production challenges to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • set up the studio for a shoot with little to no direction
  • translate customer inputs into a successful shoot
  • set clear expectations with the client around the virtual studio experience
  • handle client escalations and resolve problems by offering achievable solutions
  • translate client feedback into actionable suggestions and assist the team with escalations
  • collaborate with the studio team
has experience in:
  • 2+ years of professional photography or videography
  • 2+ years of customer service
