If you are a veteran or military spouse, we hope you consider us for your next opportunity.Position Title: Supply AnalystTeam and Location: STaR – Calgary, ABPosition Summary:The Supply Analyst provides accurate, relevant and timely information and analysis to divisional business leaders to enable them to evaluate results and use these facts when making business decisions. The successful candidate will play a strategic role within Parkland and will have the potential to significantly contribute to the profitability of the division.Key Responsibilities:Power BI Data Uploads for External Parkland BU Stakeholders.Freight and Pricing Model Updates for Suppliers and Locations.Complete the JDE pricing load for afternoons and scheduled weekend days.Working with the Atomic database for pricing management/inputs for external Parkland BU stakeholders.Data Integrity Management for Power BI reporting accuracy.Maintaining Supply Contract Summary Updates.Back up assigned tasks as needed for vacation and other absences.Ad hoc project support including BU analytical requests, Sales/Supplier business plan support.Qualifications and Skills:Being self-motivated and having a team-based, customer service approach are critical to success in the WSD organization.Ability to embrace change and a continuous improvement approach is required.University Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Accounting is required.Preferably 3+ years in a Supply, Contracts or Financial analyst role or equivalent.Advanced analytical/problem solving skills including root cause analysis and confirmation of results, both observed and produced, are required.Strong interpersonal (written and verbal) skills necessary to interact with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as with external contacts (Suppliers and Reporting Agencies) is required.Experience working with complex analysis and managing large volumes of data is required.Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.Experience working with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) is an asset.We Offer:Our Performance-based Annual Incentive Plan, an annual bonus awarding your performance.A share in our success through the Employee Share Purchase Plan and 100% company matching.A flexible group benefit plan that offers health and dental coverage choices to meet the needs of each unique employee.
