Come join our team for a thriving future!Job Title: Surface Landman - RQ 22-30Location: Calgary, ABTAQA North is currently searching for a Surface Landman. Reporting to the Manager, Surface Land & Indigenous Relations, the Surface Landman will support the Surface Land Department overall and coordinate the timely and accurate negotiation, acquisition, and maintenance of surface rights for well sites, pipelines, and facilities for TAQA. The Surface Landman represents the company and interacts extensively with internal operational and technical teams as well as public, regulatory and First Nation stakeholders. The successful candidate will foster and maintain relationships with all stakeholders in an assigned area and ensure surface acquisition and consultation compliance in accordance with the Alberta Surface Rights Act, the LPRT (formerly Surface Rights Board) and AER Regulations and Directives.
