Partner Staffing is recruiting for a Manager, Talent Acquisition in Calgary, Alberta.We specialize in matching exceptional talent with businesses in the Oilamp; Gas, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Utilities sectors. As part of our Downtown Calgary team, you’ll thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment where success is driven by building meaningful connections with clients and candidates.Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to make a difference This could be the role for you!You will:

  • Post technical job opportunities across platforms, source top-tier talent, and conduct in-depth screening and interviews to ensure strong matches for client needs
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand client priorities, market trends, and essential skill sets, ensuring recruitment strategies align with business goals
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring high-touch communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process
  • Work with your colleagues to achieve shared recruitment goals, contributing to an environment of growth, innovation, and success
  • Leverage your experience with applicant tracking systems to optimize workflows, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver results
RequirementsThis is an on-site position in Downtown Calgary. Candidates must be in Alberta to be considered for this role.
