Support spans across two client groups (Residential and Commercial Development) across North America.Additionally, you will source pipeline candidates against our hiring forecast and critical roles as well as contribute to ongoing recruitment project work and process improvements.As we are rapidly growing our business and entering new markets, this means you’ll always be learning a ton and working on a variety of roles. You will also have the opportunity to continually iterate on the sourcing process, experiment with creative outreach, and advocate for candidates.This opportunity is a temporary position, expected to be with us at least through the Summer. You will join a team of four other Talent Acquisition team members based out of Calgary, Southern California, and Washington D.C.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam up with Talent Advisors and Hiring Managers to better understand our target profiles and then strategize the best methods to connect with our ideal candidate.Sources diverse, qualified candidate pool for open requisitions through various channels; Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Diversityjobs.com/Circa.Partner with and build solid relationships with your Human Resources team, both center-led Specialists and local HR Advisors (HR Generalists).Provides partial-cycle recruitment support across various regions and at various levels.Help to screen all referred candidates and general applicants, tracking and engaging at your discretion.Build pro-active sourcing pipelines in advance of need leveraging hiring forecast.Must Haves1-3 years of previous sourcing experience with a track record of finding and converting candidatesProven ability to effectively source a variety of positions in competitive segments and marketsHighly organized, especially when it comes to maintaining recruiting toolsDemonstrated ability to build relationships, gain trust and influence process alignment without authorityA passion for candidate experienceExcellent communication skills in both written and verbal interactionsDemonstrated ability to work independently and contribute to team and project workPossess resilience, flexibility and willingness to explore different paths to achieve an outcome and adjusts quickly and efficiently to new circumstances.Intellectually curious and passionate about leveraging data and leading through insights to optimize processes and experiencesNice to HavesAuthentic interest in real estate developmentWorkday, GreenhouseLinkedIn Recruiter#LI-LM2We are proud to create a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
